For practitioners, this program can equip you with the tools to confidently help your clients living with a dysregulated nervous system.In this course you can explore Ten neuroplasticity exercises which draw from different healing modalities such as Qigong, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), drama therapy, hypnosis, and Ujjayi breathing. These research backed exercises aim to provide survivors with gentle body-based techniques to calm the nervous system and re-establish a sense of power and dignity. These daily exercises were designed to address common difficulties associated with trauma such as sleep cycle disruptions, paranoia, and anxiety.
