And what do we mean by "awareness based" approach to career development? This course will help both explain the critical importance of having a solid basis for your career planning and development as well as provide a structured methodology for doing so. Gaining an understanding of how self-awareness is essential to building a successful career, and will be reinforced as part of your learning.Lessons are engaging and full of real-life stories to assist in the knowledge transfer. Learn the ABCDs of career and the detailed model of RACE-N (RFLECT, ASSESS, CHOOSE, EXECUTE, and NAVIGATE).
