Description
This course is to provide the basics in blocking. So basic and easy to understand the course will be stationary, meaning no footwork or movement. All techniques learned in the course will be super slow easy to follow and easy to understand. The course will take you through various different blocks. This will be done from a natural stance and or position as well as a fighting stance. This is covering anyone who needs to work on the basics to anyone who is brand new. There will be things taught that is good for sanctioned fights, Karate tournaments as well as hand to hand on the street to keep you safe from harm until you can get away and or end it. I will dive as deep as I can into these moves breaking them down and explaining them with the time that I have so that you can learn, train and practice from your home gaining confidence as well as skill. They will be only one type of kick in this course for it is the basics. The kick in this course will be the most effective in a self defense situation tho. This course will not have any ground work however I will have courses coming out teaching ground work and more advanced things as time goes on. For now the point of this course is to learn and master the basics otherwise the advance and later courses want make much sense and or the learner would be mastering the move incorrectly. This course along with the Martial Arts Self Defense Basic Strikes will help teach you to use your hips and the importance of it.
