Description
Misunderstanding and confusion are natural factors in the process of human development.Through reconsideration and bringing conscious attention within, we become capable of differentiating through our own personal experience, between what is relative and illusory and what is basic and real.This will enable us to go beyond depression and suffering.Individually we have a choice: One can either hold on habitually to the concepts and values of the past, or become aware of the limitation and falsity of such projections, and open up to discover the true nature of our reality. This will help us to reconnect to the source of joy within.The participant can gain a deeper perspective and a new vision of our reality through the application and practice of the lessons given in this course.The course is structured in nine lessons mainly with videos and helpful worksheets to apply playfully but earnestly the newly gained understanding in the daily life.Bhashkar Perinchery has a big experience in this field through giving weekend and longer in person seminars with the vision of life surfing. (Life Surfing is an expression he has coined for a conscious, non-struggling style of living the day to day life with an inner clarity)
